SKGS is a registered 'society' under the Societies' Registration Act, XXI of 1860 No. No.1915, dated 26-03-1997. To foster its growth and to specialize in rural tribal development programs, SKGS registered under the under Section-6(I) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India for receiving foreign contributions. It is also registered under section-80(G) (5)(vi) of the income Tax Act, 1961 by the Director of income Tax (Exemptions), Morena with PAN NO AAFTS5788N   Our Work in Madhya Pradesh Our programs in Madhya Pradesh State are managed by our head office at Morena. They are located in some of the most poor villages and hamlets in the districts of Morena, Seoni, Shivpuri, Sheopur, Shajapur, Rajgarh, Bhind, Sehore
